I believe educational tools, especially learning about oils should be accessible to everyone. The one problem is…there is so much out there, where do you start?

Here are 3 resources to get you started.

1. doTERRA’s eo safety course. Note: This is a free course, you do NOT have to be a doTERRA customer, just your email address and name to sign into the course. Go at your own pace. Mark your progress.

2. My own beginner e-book. This is a really fantastic e-book for beginners! We go over the top 9 oils (my picks), and how to use them over a month. There are shopping lists, safety tips, recipes, and oil overviews as well. This book is free for my customers and team, but can also be purchased here.

3. Using oils in your home. Another free course from doTERRA to get you started using oils in your home. The videos are short and pdf’s are available in each chapter. Go at your own pace and mark your progress! No membership or customer account required.
