Escape the demands of daily life and find some reprieve in my weekly yoga classes. 😊

Enjoy a calm and supportive environment where you can unwind, release tension, and cultivate inner peace. These classes are perfect for individuals who prioritize self-care and seek a gentle, mindful practice.

Yoga classes: January to June 2025

Wednesday mornings, 9:30 to 10:30 am

Style: gentle flow

Thursday mornings, 9:30 to 10:30 am

Style: Happy Medium flow

Thursday evenings, 7:00 to 8:00 pm

Style: gentle flow

These classes run each week, (with a few exceptions). I offer punch cards and drop ins so you can join any class, any time.

Your Monthly Escape: Mindful Movement & Relaxation

(registered class, 1x/month, every 3rd Tuesday of the month)

Treat yourself each month to a 1 hour 20-minute "time out" for your mind and body.

These monthly classes offer a gentle and nurturing experience with mindful movement, guided meditations, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Enjoy gentle flows, restorative poses, a brief head & face massage, and the calming aroma of essential oils.

  • $40 per session

  • Includes a small aromatherapy gift.

  • Held every 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Class Descriptions

  • This is my most relaxing, peaceful, comfortable class. It was originally created for students with injuries, but has become very popular for anyone looking to move gently, but also benefit from moments of stillness.

    I often adapt to whoever is in the class.

    This class is for everyone. ♥

  • We move with purpose and intermediate intensity in this moderate flow.

    It is the perfect balance between vinyassa flows (like our Sun Salutations and planks) to finishing off practice with restorative poses (like legs up the wall).

    You will build heat, but will also bask in complete relaxation and stillness at the end of practice.

  • Gentle, supportive, and therapeutic are just a few words that describe restorative yoga. At its core, restorative yoga is a practice of passive healing. This yoga style is known for its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

    We spend most of the class on the floor, holding long, supportive poses.

Adding essential oils to many of my yoga classes accelerates or enhances the your ability to overcome the mind through the body. Historically, oils have been used to aid in meditation that brings us to the present moment. By combining oils and yoga, I bring the two disciplines together to heighten your experience in class.
