I believe everyone should have access to yoga. I also believe you should never, ever feel inadequate or intimidated when entering a studio or gym.

1. What is a private yoga class?

A private yoga class is a personalized session tailored specifically to your group's needs and interests. It allows for a more intimate and focused experience, with individual attention and guidance.

2. How many people can attend a private yoga class?

Typically, I can accommodate up to 8 people. 

3. What do I need to bring to a private yoga class?

You'll need to bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a smile.

4. Can I request a specific style or focus for my class?

Absolutely! We can discuss your preferences and tailor the class to your desired style, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, or Gentle Flow. 

5. Do I need to have prior yoga experience?

No, prior yoga experience is not required for private classes. My sessions are designed to be accessible to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

6. How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically last 60 minutes. However, we can discuss your preferences and customize the session length to suit your needs.

7. What is the cost of a private yoga class?

A one hour session is $95. This fee is consistent regardless of how many students are in the class).

8. Can I schedule a private yoga class at a time that is convenient for me and my group?

Yes, we can work together to find a time that suits your schedule.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

  • No fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

  • 50% of the class fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class, (events out of your control are always taken into consideration ♥)

  • 100% of the class fee for no-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the class, (this is a non-negotiable).

10. What is your home studio like?

My home studio is a peaceful and welcoming space designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable yoga practice.

11. Where are you located?

I am located on the East side of Grande Prairie, in Crystal Heights. I will send you the address once we have booked your first class.

12. Can I request the addition of sound bowls to my class?

Yes! They can be infused into any part of your class or even added on as a supplemental (15 minutes, $25).

13. I have heard you use essential oils. Can I request no oils if I have sensitivities or do not enjoy scents?

Of course!! We are all different and have varying preferences and health concerns. I create the perfect for YOU. My goal is for your experience to be comfortable and extremely calming, so if you prefer no essential oils, no problem. 🥰

  • You have complete control over your class schedule. Whether it’s early morning or late evening, you can choose a time that fits your life. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain a consistent yoga practice.

  • Yoga helps alleviate muscle pain, anxiety, and stress. A private class allows you to focus on relaxation and mindfulness, promoting overall well-being.
