Because my classes are in my home yoga studio, I do limit size (8 people) and number of sessions each week.
If a class doesn’t work for you, I do have spaces open to book private classes for the 2024/2025 season.

In a private class, the focus is entirely on you. I will tailor the session(s) to your specific goals, whether it’s improving flexibility, building strength, or reducing stress. You receive customized guidance based on your unique body and abilities, (or the group’s).

Unlike group classes, where you might feel self-conscious or overwhelmed, a private session provides a safe space. There’s no need to compare yourself to others or worry about how you look. You can freely ask questions, try modifications, and find what feels best for you!

Clear explanations and patient instruction will help you learn the basics effectively. If you have injuries, I will ensure you practice safe alignment techniques.
