Add 1 drop to the palm of your hands, slowly breathe at the beginning of your vinyassa practice to help open your airways.
Practical Use.
Have achy feet? In a pinch, add 1 drop peppermint to 1 tbsp jojoba and put it into a foot tub of cool water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes.
Blending Idea.
