It’s Wednesday! How are you doing? And how was supper last night?
When I shared and advertised this meal planning challenge, I said, “The BTS (back to school) Meal Plan, more than your average meal planning challenge”.
I said this because health and wellness isn’t just one thing.
It’s not just what you eat.
Or how you choose to exercise.
Or your mindset.
Or what you choose to do all day.
Or how you keep your home.
It’s all these things. It’s also a balance of all these things.
And that is why I absolutely love sending you these little notes each morning as part of the “challenge”. Inspirational quotes get us thinking a little deeper, and that’s a really healthy thing. So, today…

People know your name, not your story. They've heard what you've done, but not what you've been through. So take their opinions of you with a grain of salt. In the end, it's not what others think, it's what you think about yourself that counts. Sometimes you have to do exactly what's best for you and your life, not what's best for everyone else.
