Good morning!
I hope this message finds you well rested after the weekend and that you’re all ready for the week.
I wanted to share the story behind these recipe and the plan…
I created this plan, originally, for myself when my own kids asked me to create them a family book with recipes, (both food and home remedies with oils).
All the recipes are my own, so I have to confess, if there were any errors, it was because I am notorious for “winging it”, when it comes to my meals.
Anyhoo..I know how good it feels to have pretty much all my meals planned out each week, so I thought you would too.
As for the morning sheets, and building a bit of a morning routine, (whatever the ritual may be), sets our whole day up for success.
So remember this week…
If you aren’t all ready, who cares! Plan to create as many meals as you need, (no one said we have to do all the meals in one week).
If you are not a water drinker…try your best. Adding a full glass, especially lemon water, to your routine in the morning will seriously do wonders for how you feel all morning.
If you do anything this week, do your morning gratitude sheets. And if you don’t have a printer, no worries, either. Use any notebook or pad of paper.
Your meal planning page is an “evergreen” type of content, which means it stays live for you, forever. You can return back to it as long as I have my website up and running. (and if you ever lose the link, I can send it to you)
So, that’s all I wanted to pop in for this morning! Have a beautiful Monday.
Oh, and save your image I made for you. If you wish to add it to your social media stories, add the hashtag: #btsmealplan2022
Happy Monday and I hope you enjoy your supper tonight.
