I totally get it! So, let’s go over some of the basics…

What is the “BTS meal planning challenge?

It’s a plan to get you back on track after a fun filled summer. A summer where you didn’t really plan dinners and maybe had a few too many drinks, hot dogs and popsicles!

The “plan” is full of tips, printables, recipes, (5 days of family friendly dinners), a journal/gratitude sheet pdf, affirmation ideas etc.

The “challenge” takes place: September 19. This is when we do the daily habits together each day.

The “wellness” part of the challenge, (journaling, gratitude sheets and morning texts), is basically for YOU. They’re simply little inspirational messages to start your day on a happy note).

Do I receive the documents in the mail?

No…everything you receive is digital. I highly recommend printing all the sheets/documents I have for you and putting them in a pretty binder.

How many days is the challenge?

The challenge runs for 5 days, technically. You will receive 5 days of dinners with a full shopping list and meal plan. The main part of the challenge is to learn to plan ahead. During the 5 days of meals, you will receive additional, morning, inspirational texts with bonus materials and motivational messages. Pretty much, just fun, light messages from me.

The planning takes place a couple days ahead.

Once you purchase the full plan, you can use the journal sheets and recipes right away on your own, however.

Will the materials disappear after the challenge?

NO! When you purchase the plan, you will be given a link to a page where I will house the materials and handouts. This is for you forever. ***if you ever loose the link, I can always send it to you.

In the online world, we call material that YOU PAID for, “evergreen”, meaning it stays there so you can use it any time.

Is there an additional group where I can ask questions?

Yes! I have set up a private FB group so that we can share, ask questions and connect with like-minded people. After this challenge, the group will be deleted. The challenge part of my programs run monthly (some paid, while others free), and when we begin a new one, we will start the group from scratch.

Who is the challenge for?

Well, anyone who:

  1. Cooks and plans normally, but really needs some motivation and some new recipes to get back on track.

  2. Is looking for a few new, staple dinner ideas for the family.

  3. Cooks for themselves or a family.

  4. Is tired of their family asking, “what’s for dinner?”. Or wondering it on their own, (because that gets exhausting, lol).

  5. Loves to do things online and needs some accountability.

  6. Is hoping to incorporate a few additional healthy habits, (like a gentle, morning routine), as they head into the fall, winter and holiday season.

  7. Loves morning messages, (these will come to you each morning, Monday to Friday) with an inspirational message.

How do I receive my “Daily Motivational Texts”?

Once you sign up and I send you your pdf with the ONE link, you will go to my page (exclusive to anyone who purchased this plan) and there are specific instructions as to how to get yourself all set up! Easy Peasy. You will text a specific word to my business number and then you will be added to my list. Make sure you tell me your name and then add that number as “Kellie’s biz texting no.”.

How much does the meal plan/recipes/challenge cost?

Each plan is more than recipes and shopping lists. My goal is to create momentum in building habits by running these monthly. You will have support and receive extra motivation as these run. You will also have access to each planning page on my website forever.
