Calming Magnesium Spray (for Restless Leg Syndrome)
Yield: 1, 8 oz. glass or aluminum spray bottle
Spray this blend on your legs 2-3 times a day. The essential oils and magnesium water are anti-spasmodic and very soothing and calming.

- Boil the distilled water and add the flakes. Stir until dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool slightly and add your essential oils.
- Using a funnel, pour the mixture into your spray bottle.
- Spray on your legs after showering and before bed.

Your spray can be stored at room temperature for several months.
