Spray this blend on your legs 2-3 times a day. The essential oils and magnesium water are anti-spasmodic and very soothing and calming.

Instructions

  1. Boil the distilled water and add the flakes. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Let the mixture cool slightly and add your essential oils.
  3. Using a funnel, pour the mixture into your spray bottle.
  4. Spray on your legs after showering and before bed.

Notes

Your spray can be stored at room temperature for several months.
