Positive affirmations for moms who are juggling a lot of responsibilities.
Does this sound like you…
Your days just fly by. Just a few things on your daily list of “to do’s” might go something like this:
Run kids around to activities.
Make sure everyone has enough food to feed themselves through the day.
Pets are fed and walked.
Supper is prepped, (or at the very least you kind of know what you’ll be having that evening).
Eye appointments, chiropractic, dental, hair, massage…you never know who needs to go where, but you check your calendar that morning and hope no one misses anything.
Basic tidying and cleaning up needs to be done.
Someone forgot an important assignment, last minute so you’re running around last minute for supplies.
You probably need something from the grocery store.
Your aging parent calls to chat and you don’t want to brush them off.
***and this might just be a few things that need to be accomplished in your day.
The big question is…what do you typically do for yourself to stay healthy and energized and feeling well?
There are time in our lives that we spend most of our days taking care of everyone else. So, the most important thing you can do is spend a little bit of time a day making sure you take care of yourself. And that time, most often for moms is in the morning.
Create a morning routine to help you feel happy and healthy and organized so that when all you are pulled in a million directions in a day, you still feel positive and grounded.
One of the simplest things you CAN add into your day are affirmations to set goals and keep a healthy, positive mindset.
What is an affirmation?
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.
There are several benefits of using positive affirmations, which include their ability to:
Motivate you to act. And when you act on your goals, it further boosts your desire to continue your actions.
Concentrate on your goals. Goal achievement is helped by persistently keeping your mind focused in the “goal zone”.
Change your negative thought patterns into positive ones.
Influence your subconscious mind to access new beliefs.
Help you feel positive about yourself and boost your self confidence.
How can you use these affirmations?
Simply write them in the morning as you journal, brain dump or simply write your daily “to do” list. Pick one a day. Or choose one to say often as you need it through the day. Save the images I created for you on your phone so you can refer back to them.

My love is infinite.
It’s good for me to take care of myself.
