How do I use my eye pillow?

Very simply put…place them on your beautiful eyes:)

Can I heat my eye pillow?

Yes, you can heat our eye pillows in the microwave. In general, 30 seconds in a high powered microwave is perfect. NOTE: do NOT microwave the minky covers for the eye pillows, only the flannel. You CAN take the minky cover off and heat the inserts. Many customers also keep an extra pillow in the freezer (in a clean bag) for headaches, migraines and tired, achy eyes.

Are the covers machine washable?

Yes, they are washable and have been pre-washed for shrinkage. They will fit back over the flax filled insert just like a pillow case.

Can I purchase extra covers?

Yes, we sell extra covers all the time. Additional covers are $8 for the original size and $10 for the newer, longer covers. Email me here if you’d love to purchase one, (or a few).

When is the best time to use my eye pillow?

Our eye pillows are most often used for sleep and at the end of yoga classes. However, many customers use them during massage, dental and reiki appointments as well.

Do you custom create eye pillows for yoga teachers?

Do you only have one size of pillows?

No, we now have 2 sizes. Our original size, and now a longer eye pillow for fuller coverage. They are awesome for people who prefer to fall asleep on their sides at bedtime. Personally, I prefer the longer version! The specific sizes are listed in our store.

Do you add scents/essential oils to your eye pillows?

Yes…and no. You have your choice of lavender, peppermint or no scent eye pillows. They are blended as needed so they are nice and fresh when you use them. All our oils added are pure, CPTG essential oils.

The aroma does eventually fade, (essential oils are volatile compounds, natural and pure, so the aroma does not last forever). You can add drops to your insert or make a linen spray and spray your pillow as needed!

Are your eye pillows made in Canada?

Yes, and more specifically Grande Prairie, Alberta.
