Drop In Yoga (2x/week)
For the 2022 season, I have 2 morning classes a week. My space holds up to 10 students. To join class, simply text me the day before and let me know you’ll be joining us!

Private Classes
When studio set studio class times don’t work for you, your solution may be to simply book your own classes.
For you privately, or for you and a small group of friends.
Private classes work well for many people because:
+they allow you to work on poses & stretches that make sense for YOU, on your schedule, at your own pace.
+you can ease into yoga in a safer manner.
+you will receive more targeted care when it comes to alignment and adjutments from your teacher, (me:)).
+there will be a clearer focus on your own goals, (or of the goals of your small group).
+you will gain initial experience in a non-judgmental space.
+you may feel more comfortable.
*you can work around your own schedule.
*they may be more cost effective when splitting the investment, (up to 8 students).

A private class runs 1 hour long.
You are welcome to book a session for yourself, or invite up to 7 friends.

Your investment for a private session is $95.
You are welcome to have up to 8 people in this session, so simply divide $95 between yourselves.

We’ll be going over the basics of what takes place in a typical, Hatha style yoga class.
If anyone in your group has injuries, we’ll make sure to adjust for them.
I also make sure the class is perfect for you and your friends. You will learn Sun Salutations, the most common poses, proper alignment, simple breathing and focal techniques.

Your class, (just for you or for a full group), will be developed specifically for your sport/activity and be co-created by Dr. Mark Timmins, DC.
Dr. Timmins specializes in sports therapy and soft tissue treatments, specifically ART and Graston.
He recommends specific stretches for injury recover, and often recommends targeted yoga sessions for full, optimal recovery.

Adding essential oils to my yoga classes accelerates or enhances the your ability to overcome the mind through the body. Historically, oils have been used to aid in meditation that brings us to the present moment. By combining oils and yoga, I bring the two disciplines together to heighten your experience in class.
