KELLIE'S A MOM ON A MISSION!
It is Kellie’s mission to share her wisdom of living well as a mother with a large family; she has devoted her life to holistic wellness, whole body health and living a balanced family life. She practices clean living, yoga, and uses therapeutic essential oils in all areas of her family's life to help promote health and wellness. Kellie is a certified yoga instructor and teaches privately and publicly - one of Kellie’s passions is teaching high-school students, and children, the importance of taking time out of their days to breathe and rest their minds.
Kellie Timmins is the loving-wife of Dr. Mark Timmins, B.Sc., D.C - Clinical Director Anodyne Chiropractic and Sports Therapy. Together, Mark and Kellie raise their four beautiful children in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Mark and Kellie lead a busy family life with calmness, focus, and heart-centeredness - their holistic approach to living is built on a foundation of essential oils, yoga, meditation, the power of caring touch, and healthy eating.

SHE'S A FULL-TIME MOM OF FOUR with PETS!
Kellie was born in Fort St. John, British Columbia, and now resides in Grande Prairie, Alberta. She has lived as far North as Fairview, Alberta and as far South as Santa Clara, California. The Timmins have 4 kids ranging in ages 7 to 16. Kellie has always been a compassionate animal lover, and as a family they have 3 sheltie dogs, and 2 Guinea Pigs. Her devotion to health and wellness began at an early age; she has used essential oils when it wasn’t cool to use essential oils, and at the age of 16, she first started teaching group fitness.
